Since recent Android update, Rush only showing black screen when I import a video. Audio fine. Anyone else?

Thanks, Kevin! I turned off all HDR settings on the clips before importing them into Rush, and it worked. I’m relieved this solved the issue, but it would be great to see Rush upgraded to support HDR and other settings seamlessly. Thanks again, Kevin!

I've been trying to create new videos but every time I upload clips from my phone the clips appear blank. I can still hear the sound of the video, but there's no visual so I can't see them to edit. I've tried restarting my phone and uninstalling and reinstalling rush and making sure it's updated. Neither of these has fixed the issue. Basically I can't edit any videos in rush. Not really sure how to fix this.

I'm using a Sansumg Galaxy S21 Ultra to film and edit, and filming in uhd 60. This issue only started a few days ago. I've been able to edit videos in rush with this phone in those settings for years until now.

I just tried to upload a new video and it still appears in the timeliness as blank

Update: I updated my phone and there was no improvement

@Kevin-Monahan With this issue, I deinstalled and reinstalled the app on my Samsung Tablet yesterday in an attemp to make it work. Before to  deinstall it, I exported the back logs of my projects on my Google Drive. I did reinstall the new version this morning but my projects are gone. How can I retrive my projects with the back logs?

Ich habe seit kurzem das Problem, das in Premiere Rush auf Samsung Galaxy S24 keine Fotos / Videos mehr angezeigt werden. Das betrifft sowohl vorhandene als auch die Neuerstellung von Projekten. Im Fenster "Projektelemente" sind die Bilder zu sehen. 

Die App ist zuvor rund 1 Jahr problemlos gelaufen, ein Telefonupdate hat nicht stattgefunden bzw. ist erst nach Auftreten des Fehlers durchgeführt worden. Löschen vom Cache, De- und Neuinstallation haben ebenfalls keine Veränderung bewirkt.

I see that new version is released on September 11, 2024. Apparently, I got the update yesterday evening and the playback screen is black since then! How can Adobe make such mistake, where is the quality control? Maybe Adobe is trying to save money by reducing quantity workforce!
