Hi @Cristian Ionu326561922brc,

I read your note. Sorry for the black screen issue. There may be a number of issues that could be causing this problem. Before trying anything else, try disconnecting all devices and restart the computer. That can often help.

  1. Creative Cloud: Log out of your account, then, log back in.
  2. Footage: Footage that is in the H.264 or HEVC formats are extremely hardware instensive and can cause problems like this with some computers. Try: File menu > View > Enable "Use Optimized Clips"
  3. Computer: A few issues:
  • Can you tell us more about the footage you are using?
    • Which camera or mobile device is it from?
    • Is it HD or 4K?
  • Can you tell us more about the computer you are using?
    • What is the CPU?
    • What is the GPU?
    • How much RAM?
    • What kind of hard drive?
    • Any other information you can give?

You can find other ideas in this thread: https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-rush-discussions/premiere-rush-playback-just-showing-black-screen/m-p/10739496#M2790

I think with a little more info, we can help. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,
Kevin

Bonjour @Cristian Ionu326561922brc,

Sorry these steps did not work for yo. Your computer certainly seems powerful enough.

More things to try:

  • Press Alt/Option when launching the app. Reset Preferences.
  • Choose Preferences/Settings from the Home Screen.
    • Deselect the option to enable hardware acceleration encoding and decoding.
    • Choose Manage Cache
      • Click option to "Delete all cache files."
      • Click OK.
    • Click OK.
  • Restart the computer.

Let us know if that set of steps might work for you better.

Thanks,
Kevin
