Rush is not rendering to my phone

Hi,

I'm having issues rendering my completed project to my phone (Google Pixel 6). I haven't had any issues before, but I've tried downloading this video over 10 times without luck. I've even re-downloaded the app and it still won't get past 78% completion.

Hey @Lisa30357526fyqu,

I read about your issue with the phone you're using. I have a feeling that the phone is unsupported as it is not mentioned in system requirements, so, you might see unexpected behavior as time marches on. I apologize for the lack of support for your phone. I will let the dev team know about your problem. The only workaround I can think of is to sign in on an older phone (if you have one lying around) and sync up your project for export there. Sorry I don't have anything better as an option. You can also get help directly by contacting Adobe Customer Service (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies on your browser. Type "Agent" in the chat box. When you get an agent, ask to be connected to the video queue. The video queue consists of agents who are trained in digital video troubleshooting and can help you best. Oh man, that is unfortunate. I was enjoying the app this far, but it seems pointless to use if it's incompatible with my phone. Thanks anyway.
