Hi @abstract_Mist5C5C,

Czech users are experiencing this bad bug. I advise you to try Project Violet, available free on the app store. It is an mobile editing app in Beta that has more modern code. Let me know if this workaround helps. Sorry for the frustration. The team knows about the bug.

Thanks,
Kevin

Can you upload a sample file, @lukášc76801311? PM me the link I'd like to check out the format. IF not, do you have MediaInfo? Can you run the file through that and post the results from the "Tree" view?

With a sample, i can do that for you, as well. I hope I can help you.

Thanks,
Kevin

It doesn't matter if I'm shooting at 30 or 60 fps, the project can't be created.

Hello @lukášc76801311,

Thanks for the screenshots. It is likely because your HEVC files are in a .mov wrapper and not in a .mp4 wrapper. Rush does not currently support these files. All you need to do is change the file extension from .mov to .mp4 and the files will work. Sorry for the frustration.

Thanks,
Kevin
