3D file that is viewable by customer

I'm interested in using Substance 3D Stager, but before subscribing I would like to to know if I can create an interactive 3D file (ie viewable from multiple angles) that I can send electronically to a customer to view who doesn't have any 3D software (a proof of sorts - something like a pdf that could be opened in Reader).
