Hi David,

The file opens successfully on my Windows 11 machine, but I'm running a more up-to-date NVidia Studio driver (512.13). I'd try updating the driver first. Make sure it's the Studio driver and not the "Game Ready" driver, because I've heard of numerous problems with the Game Ready version(s) and Stager. Also check that in the NVidia control panel's "Manage 3D Settings" page you have "Use global settings" set for "Image scaling" in both the Global Settings tab and for Stager specifically in the Program Settings tab.

If the problem persists, send the file and Stager log to substance3d-bugs@adobe.com so the team can dig into it.

Hello,

Thank you for the prompt response, updated the driver to 512.15 (Windows 10), ssg file opens, GPU rendering works, life is good.

Thank you
