hello, i am a master collection user. I can't access Substance 3D stager for free. Isn't this program included in the master collection package? i need help on this.

Adobe Substance 3D Stager is part of the Substance 3D Collection subscription and can also be purchased separately as a non subscription application via Steam.

There are a few features and functions that are disabled within the Stager on Steam version. This Stager documentation guide link describes the differences in more detail.
