Adobe portfolio

Question

Hi, I need help with my Adobe Portfolio site. My site is linked to my personal Adobe ID, but my active Creative Cloud subscription is linked to my organization account Surfspot. I cannot publish my site because of this.
Can i move my site to my organization account Surfspot. Or can i move my subscription to my personal adobe account. I need the portfolio site as soon as possible and i don't want it gone because i worked really hard on the site.
