Adobe Stager does not display the contents in the work window when it is remotely

Hello, I have this problem with both stager and dimension while with other remote adobe applications they work fine.
The strange thing is that if I start the application from the computer and leave it open and move to the notebook remotely it works perfectly. As soon as I close it and try to reopen it from the laptop remotely, the application opens, I see everything except the grid and the contents in the working window. I have in both machines the minimum requirements, updated the graphics card drivers, tried to disconnect the monitor of the main pc ... nothing. I await some suggestions to solve the problem. Hello. I tried to disconnect and reconnect the two PCs but nothing ... the active sessions are ok ... the problem arose when on the main PC I had to update the windows version otherwise I could not install Stager (Dimension with the old version worked) ... now I have been able to buy and install the "substance" package but it doesn't work remotely and now neither does dimension ...
In this moment in which smart working is one of the solutions to the pandemic it is a quite serious problem ... I hope there is a quick resolution of the problem which at this point I think is incompatibility between something of windows with updated ADOBE programs.
