Getting a creative cloud error and app keeps closing

Can't run the app becuase of the following error:

 

I have a paid subscription and I am logged into Creative Cloud on the app and on the website. I've also tried running Stager via the launcher in Creative Cloud with no luck.

OK got it working with help from a chat rep. I had my substance subscription that I replaced with 3D Collection for which I was getting double billed. Stager wasn't switching over to the new subscription. Had to deactivate this machine, log into the account on another Substance app, then relaunch PC and launch stager, but that's done it.
