Getting black artifacts due to smoothing groups. Stager can render game assets right ?

So i textured on painter and exported to stager using its preset available in painter. Everything worked out until i activated ray tracing mode.
When ray tracing is on i get black artifacs around my entire model when moving the camera around.
After a bit more digging i found out that meshes with no smoothing groups doesn't get affected with this issue.

Hope you guys can help me with that.

Thanks for sharng the screenshot!  Any chance you can share the model itself so we can reproduce and check it out?  We are discussing with the rendering team a few of these cases of black artifacts on low poly models with regards to smoothing groups or normal maps.  Having files that show the issue helps us fix it quicker!  If you can share publicly feel free to attach.  If it's something you can share privately feel free to email me a link jmathews@adobe.com

Thanks!  I've filed an issue with the rendering team so we can look at a resolution.  It will require a bug fix or rendering support on our side, since Stager doesn't yet have any controls for adjusting smoothing groups.  Until then preparing assets without smoothing groups should avoid the issue.
