GPU rendering not available

Even though several users probably have the problem, unfortunately none of the suggested suggestions fixed the problem for me. I cannot use the GPU rendering. I have a Nvidia Quadro t1000 max-q in my Windows laptop. I would be very happy if you could help me.
Also, the program crashes when I try to render without the GPU.

I also checkt my driver ist the news version.

What is your hardware specifications?

Its a HP ZBook G7, 32 GB, Intel Core i7 and like I said with a Nvidia Quadro t1000 max-q. Is this what you mean with hardware specifications?

The Substance 3D Painter works totally fine

also Rhino 3D, nTopology, AutoCAD... its just this Stubstance 3D Stager but I think I will use the Painter now. But if there is a way to fix it I would be very glad.
