Hi, I'm trying to make a honey material in Stager, but cannot make something realistic. I am not sure the renderer supports enough subsurface scattering parameters at the moment. I'd appreciate any hint, thanks!

Yes, that not possible in Stager for now.

I suggest you to use Substance Sampler, Substance Designer or Substance Painter for creating realistic materials.

Also you can try Substance Assets Substance 3D Assets (adobe.com)

The problem is not at the material (which is very simple) level but the renderer. Subsurface scattering and Transmission would need to handle that, but I am not sure this is really possible currently in Stager. See this video for example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1GIeWWXrKY8
