Infinite loading after trying to open large file with multiple images placed on models

Hello!

Everytime I create/save a file containing - in this case-  a lot of cubes with images placed on the model and try to open it later, Substance crashes and get stuck to the loading screen (I tried waiting for one hour with no luck)

I have to ctrl+alt+delete to escape this loop.

I spent a lot of time creating those files and it already happened 4 times. I had to recreate from scratch EACH time losing in the process hours of work...

It's getting a little annoying and definitely not worth the 40€/month! 

I've already sent two reports to adobe bug courriel with no luck. (no answer to be specific).
