Is it permissable to sell Stager Projcts as 3d models?

Selling a Substance material as part f a 3D model is not permissable. But selling a Stager Product with the substance material ? Since the buyer must have a Substance license it must be permissable right?

You can sell any content that you create, but you cannot resell something that uses any content you did not create or have license rights to. The in-app content is provided free for you to use in your own projects, not for you to sell.

Examples:
You can open Stager, load a custom model, apply custom materials, and then sell that Stager scene.
You cannot open Stager, load one of the default models, and then sell that Stager scene.
You cannot open Stager, load a custom model, apply a default material from Stager, and then sell that Stager scene.

You can sell Stager scenes, but all content in it should be your own original content or content you have redistribution and resell rights for.

Ok, so I design a battery for example in 3d Modeler. I import it in 3d Stager. I apply a substance material - a simple metal material. Can I sell the Battery with the material? If no, can I sell the stager project with the selected material? anyway the buyer is a legitimate user of the material since he has a subscription..with the exact material included...
