When you move or change the light around the shadows go completely wild don't have any consistency.

when you add a light it not right or croect with the environment

When I rendering image it looks nothing like the preview image

HELP i dont understand

Here is a video of what is happning I'm very new to this game is only has a subscription for a few months I have been using 3-D over a couple of years mainly cinema 4D.
