ray-tracing viewport doesn't work and Program stop shortly after open

I just registered a free trial about 2 days but the Stager keep crashing. 

I just found out, there is problem with an AMD Radeon RX6000 series.

I hope this issue can be fix before ending of my trial period so I can try the program, or anyone have any solution?

 

my Laptop spec :

CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 5800H with Radeon Graphics 3.20 GHz

GPU :AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics Driver version: 30.0.13014.2005

Partially resolved an issue where trying to close the app on Windows causes the app to hang. If you continue to experience this please report it to substance3D-bugs@adobe.com

I still have same problem and already reported to  substance3D-bugs@adobe.com.

When the program is freezing, I still can interact on other buttons and menus but viewport is complete freeze. I can't close program directly, I have to close it through task manager. 

 

I hope this will help you to indentify where the problem is and can fix it before my trail time run out. I really what to test and buy it if I work for me.
