Stager animation menu disappears

I am trying to create a turntable however if I click on rotate or orbit in the animation tab the menus (orbit and rotate) dissappear. To test the issue I tried this on one of the built in assets and it does the same thing. This is the first time I have used Stager so I do not know if this issue existed before the most current update.

But that is the problem, when I try to toggle it on the menu disappears. When you toggle on orbit or rotate it makes the menu active to use but mine does not, the menu disappears and the animation tab is blank.

You must see panel property when you are selectin gobject on Scene. If no object selected Animation tab is not visible, but not proprties.

I do see all of that and made sure the object was selected. When I click on the animation tab it shows orbut and rotate, however when I select either of those, orbit and rotation disappear and the animation tab goes blank.

Selecting means toggle button on/off in Animation panel. Right? Are you able to see timeline? it can be activated on the left sidebar button.
