Stager shows error, lagging or frozen when rendering or loading

I would like to participate to the Great Shoecase contest, and I have spent several hours to texture the model.
It is required to render a couple of images in Stager, but it does not look possible to render anything!!!

I have uninstall and reinstall it already.
I feel so frustrated about that....
