Substance Stager 3D refuses to launch

Substance Stager 3D claims I do not have a subscription, when I clearly do.

Got a ton of work to do with Stager, this weekend, but when I try to launch Stager, it alerts me that I will either need to log into my CC subscrition (I am logged in, and even tried logging out and back in), or start a trial (which I also tried, same result), then. closes.

Very upsetting, as I really need to get a lot of work done.

What could be causing this, and what to try to fix it?
