The program does not open its own documents

Hello,
First Dimension stopped working, now Stager stopped working. It does not open its own documents after saving - all of them. Reinstalling the application and the whole CC package does not help. The error keeps popping up and is impossible to work around. A week of work is gone.
Both programs work and function, but after saving and closing they do not open their own files - no matter what they are, even empty ones. This also applies to a newly created document - I open the program, create a new document, save. After opening I am always greeted with the same message..
