Trial version 3D Stager blocked

Question

Hi, as I open the trial version of 3D stager it seems work. But, as I insert a simple model, like the ones already included in the program (like cube, sphere, etc.), the program stops to work: I can do anything, even close the program.

Please, can you help me in fixing the issue? Thanks!

An issue where trying to close the app on Windows causes the app to hang.  If you continue to experience this please report it to substance3D-bugs@adobe.comPlease contact  substance3D-bugs@adobe.com

Dear Ares, thanks for your reply. As you suggested me, I already sent an email to substance3D-bugs@adobe.com becase I still have the same problem.

Hope someone will reply me soon, also because im started the trial version and, as the days go on, im not able to use the trial version during thes 30 trial days.
