"You're Not Logged In" error still unfixed…

If you're having this issue and cannot resolve it on your end, you're not alone.

I called Adobe and their technician spent an hour uninstalling/reinstalling, using the creative cloud cleaner, app cleaners, they were givin control over my computer, uninstalled/reinstalled CC & Stager, tried logging in under a different log-in, they exhausted their solutions out and were not able to fix it.

Adobe said they needed to escalate this issue to someone higher and that they will call back in 2 business days to see if a different technician could resolve the situation.

I'm having exactly the same issue, first with my xps9560, now with my beefy desktop i9 and rtx3080 nvidia gpu. Nothing changed for about two years. As you can see side by side I'm looged in cc desktop app and I'm also logged in at the website. I tried every possible solution. No change.

trying to see if this ssuite of apps that some how are not included inb the CC all apps package and i can't even get past the first issue of "you're not logged in" but with no place to login at and i am logged in.  so yeah dealing with the same error as you 😞

Are you logged in to the Creative Cloud Desktop app?

Yes i am and it even shows that i am as i luanched the app from CC.  All other apps i use in CC show me logged in.  But i still get the not logged in error.  I'll be updating everythignt onight since i'm in between projects and looks like Adobe luanched all the new versions.  But yes, i was logged in hence the fustration 😛
