索引のキーワードに日本語が使用できない

旧バージョンからクラシックプロジェクトをアップグレードしましたが、

索引のキーワードに設定していた日本がMicorosoft HTML Helpで出力すると表示されなくなります。

新規で作成しても日本語は表示されませんでした。

解決策などはありますでしょうか？

    What I know about that problem is in the link I posted. If that's not it and no one else has a solution, then you will need to try Support. See https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. The email link tcssup@adobe.com is recommended as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.

    The automated translation is not very clear. I think you are saying that index keywords are not displaying in the output when generating a CHM.

    English is displayed, but Japanese is not displayed.

    What version of RoboHelp are you running? Make sure you are all patched up with the latest version. Was this working before in the Classic version? What route did you try in the upgrading of the Classic project? If it's from pre-RH2019, then the route is usually through RH2019 Classic, then RH2019 New UI, then RH2020.

    Thank you very much.

    I used to use RH10 and upgraded with RH2020.
    It does not go through another version.
