I have one chance left to contact you through this community, as I am sure you are reading it.
I regularly contact you with various questions, but I should note that only a small part of them are solved.
What is even more annoying is that unsolved cases are simply closed without any solution or explanation from your side.
I find this kind of support service unsatisfactory.
My attempts to discuss this situation with someone from management did not arouse Adobe's interest.
I hope you still care about your customers' feedback.
