accessing Contents & Index online Help

I'm trying to figure out what needs to be included with the software product when I've created a project in WebHelp using RoboHelp HTML X5.0.1. However, I can't always get to RoboHelp's online help by clicking Contents and Index. Is there something I'm not doing correctly from my end?

Thanks.

You are probably viewing the airplane help.

Try clicking on the Tools menu and selecting options.
On the General tab, select the Use Offline Help checkbox.

Kind Regards

You need to give the developers everything that is in the folder to which you generated. That is defined in the first page of the wizard. Sometimes developers will ask if everything is needed to which the stock answer is "only if you want it to work".

RH first tries to access online help. If it cannot, it should open a local version. If that is not happening, go to Tools | Options and select Use Offline Help.

Use the menu (bottom right) to mark the Best Answer or Highlight particularly useful replies. Found the answer elsewhere? Share it here.
