Accessing the desktop site on a mobile device

Users want to access my site with a mobile device while it is plugged into an external monitor or TV.  To do this, they need a way to access the desktop version of the site, but even the browser's "Request desktop site" option does not work for my web site.  Is there something I can do in RoboHelp HTML 11 (Win7 OS) to fix this?

Responsive HTML? (Nivida skin? Email me.) In that case, the media queries will have to be updated to take devices into account. For example, see: CSS media queries - Web developer guide | MDN
