Hi,

I can't activate my RoboHelp X5 by Internet, email or even by phone. Does someone know why ?

    Hi ysahali and welcome to the RH community.

    RHX5 is a fairly old version of RoboHelp that was released in the days when men were boys, dinasours roamed the earth, no one had heard of boy bands and RoboHelp was owned by Macromedia. When they were bought by Adobe, the activation ceased to work. However all is not lost. Adobe have an knowledge base article that shows you how you can get around your activation woes.     Did you manage to install the 5.0.1 update successfully? If so, you should be able to install the 5.0.2 update in exactly the same way.
