Hello, how can I add a PDF from my local computer on a skin using JAVASCIPT?

Put it in the same folder as the topic, then go to the topic on the server to which you publish. That gives you the URL path, just substitute the file name.

I did but to link the PDF, it's not as easy as the Layout where you just need to point to the PDF, here you need a web link or javascript

There is also an option in the preset.

Yes I already use this, but I'd like a second one for another PDF.

    Many thanks

The options I suggested are available in that version. Is there some reason you cannot run with one of those?

You haven't said which version of RoboHelp you are using. Please always start a thread with this information.

Please go to Help > About and include the full version number.

If you want users to be able to download a PDF, it needs to be part of your output and uploaded to wherever users access the help. You can create a link in the frameless skin header, in a topic or the TOC.
