Adding an image to the toolbar -- left of the standard buttons

I would like to add a company logo in the upper left corner of the toolbar in the new skin - to the left of the standard buttons (Contents, Index, Search, etc.) I can add it as new button, but don't know how to change the order in which the buttons appear in the toolbar. Thank you in advance for any ideas or suggestions.

Have you checked Rick’s “Skinny on Skins” for help – just Google it to get the link to his site
