Adding boostrap to an RH2019 project

Hello,

 

Has anyone every successfully added Bootstrap to an RH2019 project? If so, would you mind sharing the exact modifications that you made to the index.htm file for the project? I have added boostrap to HTML before, but not specifically to an RH2019 project, and the code in the index.htm is not exactly what I am expecting/used to as a result because of the proprietary nature of course.
