Adding toolbars/titlebars to WebHelp Pro

Is it possible to add additional toolbars to WebHelp Pro, such that something like:

Becomes like:

I don't see why it wouldn't be possible, I'm just having trouble sorting through the various output files.

RoboHelp's tools can only go in the top toolbar. What would be in the bottom toolbars?

They wouldn't contain any tools. They're purely for aesthetics.

I wonder if you could put those bars into a table in the footer of a master page?
