Adobe RoboHelp 2017 and Citrix VDI

Dear All

Could you please confirm the compatibility of Adobe RoboHelp (65276065AD01) on Citrix  VDI,  We facing problem the application is installed in VDI and users are having roaming profile. Every time the user logins the licenses its not getting applied.

RoboHelp is not supported on Citric. Applies to all versions.
