Adobe Robohelp 2019 and Windows 10 Release 1909

does anyone know if Robohelp 2019 compatible to run on Windows 10 version 1909?  The product page just lists it as compatible with Windows 10, but doesn't list any Windows 10 version or release it's compatible with.

    Any version of Windows 10, that's why no specific version is listed. I have it running on machines with 1909.
