Adobe RoboHelp Server (RH 2019)

RoboHelp Server is a separate product and not included with RoboHelp 2019 or the TCS Suite.

It's a common misconception that you need RoboHelp Server to publish the output. You don't. Server provides various features such as topic usage but you don't need it just to publish your output. Are you aware of that?

Then which licence are you using. 2019 could be purchased as a perpetual licence or a subscription. Also you haven't said whether you are using the Classic Version or the new UI.

• If you have a perpetual licence you would need to contact Support to see if you can still buy RoboHelp Server for 2019 versions.
• If you have a subscription and you are using the new UI or are willing to change to it, then you could upgrade to 2022 and get the current version of Server.

The New UI is very different so take a look at the RoboHelp Tour on my site before you leap. Once you are used to it, it's easier to use but there's a learning curve and if you have a release due soon, you might want to hold off.
