Adobe Tracker ticket updated needed

I had entered a ticket in the Adobe Tracker and I need to remove some details from the ticket since the ticket can be viewed by the public.

I've contacted support and they will be working on removing the details from the ticket.

There is no Edit option. The only thing I can suggest is contacting support to see if they can make the edits you want.

How would I get a hold of support? There aren't any links or emails to contact support for Adobe Tracker.
