AIR Help: Error while executing database query

I get the message "Error while executing database query" every time I click the "Preferences" button in the AIR Help (whether Classic or Multi-tab Accordian template). I can dismiss the message and the Preferences dialog appears, but while the Content tab seems to work the Comments tab seems to be ignored.

I get the same message when I attempt to add a comment to a topic.

Any ideas?

EDIT: I should mention that I'm running Vista Home Premium.

UPDATE: Seems to be affecting only projects upgraded from X5; native v7 projects are (so far) behaving.

No worries. I needed this only to demo AIR Help anyway - so used the native v7 project exclusively.

Try with a shorter HelpID, try no spaces, care re characters used.

Post back if stuck. Right now I am trying to catch up after a few days away.
