All pages show file name not Title - Rh2022 Frameless output - tried RH-11277 resolution

This seems related to RH-11277  but not the same. On every page the Title is displayed when I preview the page. When I build the output the file name is shown on every page. The file name is without the .htm which is odd. See image below.

I have taken the following steps:

  • Checked all files in Contents folder for invalid file names and corrected some. Mostly images with spaces in the name. One topic file name had a special character. ( I was hoping that was the issue but fixing it changed nothing)
  • Opened properties of all topic pages and verified title is set correctly and clicked Apply.
  • Cleaned up and reviewed everything I can think of.
  • Reapplied the Title field to the Topic Layout header.

While doing clean up Rh corrupted my CSS file by trying to make it a topic page and adding XML and converting special characters to esc sequences. I only add this info in case it is revealing of some other issue.

(The upper case is due to CSS transform.)

Thanks for your thoughts on this frustrating problem.

After fixing file names and verifying the Title in the topic properties as described above, I added a new page and for some reason it displayed correctly. I decided to rebuild my TOC as that has solved odd problems in prior version of Rh. That was the solution. Not sure what the TOC has to do with the topic page's Title property.
