Any favorite resources for general RoboHelp Use/Design best practices?

Hi. I'm wondering if any of you can direct me to a source(s) of  best practices for RoboHelp use. (I'm asking of course about resources appart from Mr. Grainge's fine site.)

Type type of topics might inlcude such things as:

  • Tips and tricks for importing from Framemaker.
  • Style tips. For example, the best stype to use for the title of a topic. (RH's tutorials use Header 1 as for topic titles, as opposed to some user-defined "Title" style. This suggests Header 1 would be used only once in a topic!)
  • Text and design tips to enhance the end-user experience.
