Arabic (RTL) and video help content

I searched existing Robohelp community posts for an answer, I saw @Peter Grainge and @johndaigle answered quite few posts on the same.
A military client of ours wants to create user manuals in Arabic language, they're considering Adobe FrameMaker, Captivate and Robohelp. I know Adobe Captivate well and can answer our client technically, however, I need experts help on whether Robohelp do supports Arabic in latest versions (it didn't support it for long time), and whether Robohelp can provide as our client puts it "video help"?

I actually saw on your website the note marked in light blue above, however, I understood that it discussed FrameMaker, not RoboHelp.

The article was written for Classic versions when, as you can see, the process was a lot more complicated in RoboHelp. The bit about Fm was for users who had the whole Tech Comm Suite as they could use Fm instead of the process described.

The bit in blue is to indicate that if you have the New UI versions, right to left is supported natively in RoboHelp.

According to Peter's site (https://www.grainge.org/pages/authoring/right2left/right2left.htm) RTL is supported, but I wasn't finding anything mentioned in newer versions. I know that Framemaker supports it & can create HTML5 help directly or via the RH import route.

You may want to ping the RH folks directly - see https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. I'd recommend using the tcssup@adobe.com e-mail address as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.

Thanks Jeff for sharing Peter's web page with me. I went through the top of the page so far and saw Peter's recommendation to use Adobe FrameMaker as a content editor since FM supports RTL languages.
