Are there keyboard-shortcuts for paste HTML-Elements in RH2022?

Not that I know of and I'm pretty sure Adobe have been pretty good at indicating them as shown in your image.

 

You can create shortcuts with a tool such as Macro Express (not free). There are also free tools.

You mean macro for automating menu opening and starting menu items?
Seems like there is a way to insert a paragraph without using the menu item by putting three CRLF in clipboard and paste this combination, then delete one with backspace.

I just wrote an automation using AutoIt, my script is attached, maybe someone can use it (Just in case, I left the variant with the automation of the menu in my code, it was the first solution). File extension au3 is not allowed, so I renamed it to txt.
