How will robohelp write its content to a new multi-tenant asp.net core web app that uses same multi-tenant authentication as main web app?

Ok, so you'll create an output folder with all the files and Javascript to run it - how you integrate it with your software is up to your developers. Is that what you're looking for? Or how is the help content going to be called by your application? That's another topic.
