Auto-sizing Popup

Is there a way to get the auto-sizing popups to stay stationary untill the user clicks outside of the pop up.  Right now, when the user clicks anywhere in the pop up it closes (unless it is a dropo down).  There is information that may need to be copied from the pop up and it's tricky when it continuously closes out.

    Not that I've ever heard - think you would need to do some "under-the-hood" JavaScript programming to accomplish that.
