Dear geniuses of RoboHelp, I do have another challenge for you !

Does anyone know how to make an autoplay video ? I want the video to play automatically when it appears entirely on the page.

The video I use is a .mp4, and my version of Robohelp is 2022.4.179.

The video is working correctly when we press the play button.

Thanks !

Yes, I am adding it into the RH topic in code view, and it is not letting me save, and going back to the Author view is impossible.

Ok, so you'll have to edit it in the output then. Use a Find & Replace tool to bulk modify the line.

I would report the issue in the RH topic to the RH folks - use the Tracker (https://tracker.adobe.com/) and post a link to the issue back here for others to vote on it.

Looks like it's a property of the video tag - see https://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_video.asp

In every example I found on the internet, they are using <source> but Robohelp did not approve it.

Any ideas to make it work ? Or it is impossible ? Or maybe I should change my file to another type ?

Not sure what you mean that "Robohelp did not approve it." - are you adding it into the RH topic in code view and it's not letting you save it or when it is done in the output topic, it's not working?
