Batch Generating/Generating Inconsistently Working - No Changes in Output

I'm trying to generate a project using RoboHelp 8 HTML. Inconsistently after generating and/or batch generating the project the output is not reflecting the changes made. In the most recent instance, part of the new topic is appearing in the output, but not the entire topic. The information that is missing is also sporadically missing within the topic. Until the most recent instance, I was thinking this was a cache issue, but I'm not so sure anymore. Has anyone expereinced anything like this or have any ideas on what I may be doing incorrectly?
