Best practice for renaming files (RH 2019, new UI)

Hi, Everyone.

I've got this topic whose filename is still "New_topic":

I should probably rename it, right? But will doing so screw up anything? (Sorry for the primitive question. My brain is fried.)

I'm pretty sure I've linked other elements to "New_topic". I'm just worried what effect renaming this file will have.

It should be safe as RoboHelp automatically fixes any links. The Reports include Broken Links so a quick check there to be sure.
