Bookmark problem (Chrome)

I set a bookmark in RoboHelp, and the code is as follows.

<h2><a id="_bookmark01"></a>Title01</h2>

After output the help, I entered the bookmark link in the Chrome address input, and the bookmarked location was briefly displayed on the screen, and then the scroll automatically moved to the upper to display another location.
In the case of Edge, the bookmarked location is maintained without such symptoms.

How can i solve it?

Your code was correct but giving you a problem. What I have suggested will now show but generate nonetheless to see if it fixes your problem.

You haven't said which version of RoboHelp you are using. Please always start a thread with this information.

    • Please go to Help > About and include the full version number.
    • If you are using 2019 also state whether it is 2019 Classic or 2019 New UI.

Looking at a bookmark in RoboHelp 2022 I see the format as

    <h3 id="h">Glossary Hotspot Tool</h3>

Note the id is within the style tag.

    Try

    <h2 id="_bookmark01">Title01</h2>

I am using both RoboHelp 2020 and 2022.
The code below is automatically generated when when I insert a bookmark in RoboHelp 2022.

    <h2><a id="_bookmark01"></a>Title01</h2>

And if I fix the code as you suggested, the bookmarks are gone.

    <h2 id="_bookmark01">Title01</h2>
