Breadcrumbs from RoboHelp 2022

Hi All,

I am having RoboHelp 2022 and generating CHM. I would like to include breadcrumbs in CHM but I don't see an option.

Any thoughts? Does RoboHelp 2022 support breadcrumb feature in the first place?

    Correct answer Amebr

You used the Insert Breadcrumbs Placeholder icon to insert it, correct?

I'm not sure what to suggest. You see my screenshots where it worked as expected.

Which version of RH2022 are you using? Maybe that's the difference?

Meantime I have searched the forums and cannot find anything that I think would help here. The only idea that seemed to fit the bill is one that only worked in Classic versions of webhelp that had a script that converted webhelp with a browse sequence to a CHM. That script would not work in the new UI versions.

I believe it's the same as for any other output. You create a topic layout and add the breadcrumbs in the header div, then select the layout in your output preset.

    Thanks @Amebr.

    I tried it.

    It is not working.

Maybe, can you provide me the html code which I can include.

Doh! My apologies, more coffee needed before posting.

I believe @Amebr will be able to help with that. I'm pretty sure the feature is still there for CHMs but some steps are needed. It's getting late where she is so there may be a delay.

If I can find something, I will come back sooner.

It's in the window you create.

    Thanks Peter.

I am talking about these kind of breadcrumbs:

The one you marked is I think Browse Sequences which appears in the output like this:
