Hi,

I thought breadcrumps are only possible in webhelps, but in the Adobe Framemaker Online Help there are breadcrumps or a similar top navigation. Any ideas how they made it?

The word is breadcrumbs. I don't know which version you are looking at but could it be the browse sequence in a CHM file? That might be mistaken for breadcrumbs.

Can you create HTML breadcrumbs in RoboHelp? As a WWP user who is contemplating the switch, I need to know. With WWP we were able to insert breadcrumb information at the top of each topic, eg:

<p class="breadcrumb"><a href="topic1.html">Heading 1</a> &gt; <a href="topic2.html>Heading 2</a> </p>

<h3>Heading 3 </h3>

An important customer requested the breadcrumbs. If I switch to RoboHelp, will I be able to reproduce them automatically?

Hi

.CHM output does not offer breadcrumbs. Only the WebHelp and FlashHelp outputs offer breadcrumbs at this point. But they do exist in RoboHelp 7.

Cheers... Rick
