Bringing in a single TOC book from separate help file

I am trying to bring in a single TOC book into a new help file from a pre-existing help project. Can this be accomplished? Thanks!!!

Inspiring

I think the only way to accomplish this is to import all the topics, create a new book, and add the topics to the book.
